Application Procedure
- Complete a Sponsored Participant Application online.
- Upload a copy of your abstract, if you have submitted one to the conference.
- For individuals who work in the HIV/AIDS field (paid or on a volunteer basis), a letter of support from your organization with a contact name and telephone number must be uploaded with your online Sponsored Participant Application.
